Multiple areas of room, hallway filthy. Couldn't even go bsrefoot in the room. Microwave was disgusting, basically looked like someone lived in ot for acweek then booked it to a guest!

First room we were given we walked into there was a cockroach on its back in the bathroom. The king bed mattress was stained with a huge rust like or blood tinged spot at the head of the bed. I always check mattresses for bed bugs and this is were I saw how dirty the mattress was. The living room couch and chair were so dirty and stained you didn’t even want to sit on them. The other room that was offered wasn’t any better. The living room furniture was completely filthy as well. We left the hotel and I tried to get a refund but was denied by Expedia due to the fact that the hotel offered another room despite its poor conditions and would have to be decided by The property manager. unfortunately he was not on site and would not be available until Monday!! The entire hotel had a rancid smell and each room smelled like someone had smoked inside. I could not find another hotel for the night due to the fact there was a basketball and baseball tournaments going on. Safety was also a concern because They said that the side door of the property to access into the hotel, would need your key card, completely untrue. It was always unlocked and anyone could walk in no matter the time. We stayed only one night of the two pre-paid non refundable reservation. We did not eat breakfast there because of the cockroach problem. When there is one…there is always more. I will never stay here again and warn others to be very cautious of this hotel! Pictures of this property are very deceptive!!
