The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. “Receptionists customer service was 100 percent from the moment I walked through the door. She even gave me a really early checkin for free. Explained everything and was so kind. When we arrived back to our room late evening our tv didnt work and the same Receptionist changed our room immediately.
