"The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property. "It’s a beautiful hotel however we were extremely disappointed when we turned the light on for the cleaning services and no one had cleaned our room at all. We had to ask for fresh towel upon our return from a night out around 1am. A response from the front desk was sorry maybe the light wasn’t working, when it was clearly on and green! On check out we were told we could leave our luggage on ground floor and pick them up whenever. When we came back 3 hours later the lady told us we have to go...
