"Our room at the Snug House was incredibly snug. More like being in a trailer. The only sitting options were the bed or the toilet. That said, we were aware of the room size, just not prepared for actually existing in it. Also, late night/early morning party sounds emanated up to us until about 2am. They did supply ear plugs. Location was ideal for partying at the many, many pubs on the street. Most of the sound came from the pub below. If you’re aged 18-40 it might be ideal"

"This was an easy check in and check out process. The staff had amazing recommendations for things to do in Galway and restaurants. Right of Quay and not a far walk from the bus/train station. Highly recommend "

"The room was updated and clean. When i booked there were no pictures of the pool so i didnt bring a suit to swim. The QR code guest directory in the room doesn't work. The hotel is definitely high end, and the staff was friendly. I would be cautious booking this hotel on the weekend. Friday was quiet, but Saturday was wild. There was a drunk guy passed out in the hallway and a lady was slapping him to wake up haha. This is no reflection of how nice and lovely smelling and modern this hotel is. "

"Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!"

"The location was great, close to the train and bus station. Very walkable area. The room we had was small and not much room for luggage."
