"Staff was wonderful. Easy access and great location."

"Fantastic hotel with an excellent Spa. "

"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"I arrived late but could get a nice dinner. Next morning I loved the breakfast as well. Very good variety.."

"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, diner was good."

Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. At the end of the walk there is a zip wire to descend above the rapids but this needs to be organised in advance. We slept well in great comfort and enjoyed the...

"Very friendly staff, although the check in was a little confusing due to arrival right around the time when the check in is at another hotel. The room was decent size and pluss for providing towel and a bag to take to the spa"

"No free wifi and no bathroom. Just a loo and sink. Whole place needs some tlc "

"Everything was 10/10. Reception staff and restaurant staff at breakfast all amazing. "
