โCheck in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room is wonderful. We have lots of room, it appears clean, it's quiet, and I feel safe. The shower was strong and wonderful. Breakfast was complete and delicious. And real plates and silverware (yay!). The lady who set up breakfast gave great recommendations for our day at Lincoln City. Spot on!! We were there for a Broadway musical at the Hult and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. โWhen I came into the lobby to check in, I was completely frazzled and freaked out thanks to an incident on the I-5. I was shaky, and probably a little short with the individual who checked me in. He was so incredibly kind, walking me through the property and check in process, offered me water, a place to sit and decompress, and anything else. I canโt stress the service of this place.

"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesnโt seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim itโs mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40โ50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they werenโt particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
