Building and decor is dated. Bathroom in room was very small, ceiling was low, with slight molding and the light flickered several times before fully illuminated. Only 1 elevator was operating during our 2 day stay and the ice machine on our floor was broken. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok, however the breakfast server Sue was amazing!! So kind and helpful. She was the highlight of our stay here.

I reserved a King room but got a double, but being late arriving it wasn't worth the effort to try and change. My room had badly worn carpet, a dirty tissue in the floor by the night stand and a blob of long dark hair in the bathroom floor

Staff could not have been nicer. It was quiet and the beds super comfortable. There were several areas where repair and cleaning was needed. It was very busy there which might be why the other areas had not had as much attention paid to them. We would stay there again.

This property no longer cares about its guests at all. From my first night when I awoke with bites all over my feet and left thigh, I was told there were no other rooms available. It did not appear to be bedbugs, but rather gnats. My sink contained over a dozen gnats that I killed the next morning. I was told maintenance would take care of it. They never came over the next 3 days of my convention and no adjustment to my bill was offered. There was a gummy bear under the desk from a prior guest. The bathroom light (I have pix of all of these) was half filled with a brown substance and the rest was spotted with what appeared to be mold. Shower ceiling was cracked and pealing. Exit sign in hallway points in the wrong direction and the hall mirror on my floor had a big red smudge of what appeared to be jam the entire 5 days I was there for my convention. No restaurants open, no maid service the entire stay, 1 of 3 elevators broken the last 2 days and lukewarm airconditioning throughout. The only bright spots were the female in charge of the continental breakfast who was cheerful and helpful and a female server at the catered events who had a great smile and attitude.

The main areas were clean and overall attractive. Nice pool and beautiful Courtyard. The rooms and always had really old, nasty carpet. The walls in the room were red and beige. Just needs a simple update with new paint in a light neutral color and new carpet. In our room there did not seem to be any padding under the carpet and the floor felt uneven. I did not want to walk on it with bear feet, it was so dirty looking. The breakfast was nice because it was a big space and had lots of options including hot food and fresh waffles.
