I was pleasantly surprised at what I got for $160/night—a very spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with large kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, fireplace, three TVs and washer/dryer. It was very clean and everything was in good condition. Having had a bad experience years ago with a hard-sell tactic at a Florida time-share, I was a little leery when reserving because of some reviewers’ comments about a time-share pitch. However, all I got was a brief invitation at check-in (with a $200 cash offer) to attend a meeting at either of two times before I left. The salesperson was pleasant and took no offense when I declined. This resort has a bowling alley, mini-golf, basketball court and swimming pool, none of which I used but appeared to be in good condition. My only complaint is that the walls and floors transmit sound. I could easily hear people talking in the unit next door and walking and rolling luggage in the unit overhead.

The property is so beautiful…. Me and my husband has vacationed here several times. But never stayed in a Villa which I prefer…Our stay there was so wonderful. We will return. And if I can request another stay there I would like another Villa on our vacation. Now what I was a little upset about was the people over top of us with a lot of walking and running back and forth. When we were trying to rest. So that was a little disappointing.

This is a timeshare.
The hotel was really nice but this is a timeshare. Even though we said we had kids in the car waiting while we were checking in they still had us go to another room and listen to their little speech before we were given our key cards to the rooms. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.

The place was very cozy and up-to-date appliances. Bed was very comfortable clean rooms Jacuzzi hot tub bathtubs were excellent unless you go out and buy groceries. My only issue was coffee. I didn’t like the coffee in the room and there was no accessible other coffee unless I left the resort I think a coffee bar would be amazing, or a little buffet thing in the morning or something

Wife and I get away for a week
TVs are too small for the rooms. The tub and shower hard to get in because of height. My wife needs assistance with these types of tubs. The staff was very nice. We didn’t go the sales seminar and were not really bugged at all except for phone calls to attend the seminar.

Things to consider 1. Half of their buildings will not allow you to control your own thermostat. 78 in the villa and we're told after two visits from maintenance thats the case. Tried to open windows but they're all screwed shut. The guy could hook up a portable AC but we were trying to get the kids to bed. The kids were really cranky and we were tired so I gave up. They refused to switch rooms when I requested. 2. They will not give you keys at the check in desk, they will make you go to one of the time share sales desks to get your keys activated. The guy was very friendly and not pushy but I had my wife and kids waiting in the car. 3. Other maintenance issues like both showerheads leaked, broken fridge light, heater in the bathroom didnt work. We have been here with friends that were club members and had no issues.
