Reasonably priced and convenient to everything (Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, et al). Huge tub in the room perfect for an arthritic old man to enjoy a therapeutic soak after a long day enjoying all the local attractions. This place is my go-to anytime I'm down that way.

Nice hinden place

the breakfast starts at 7-10 you get there 5 minutes after the breakfast. Starts The food is fresh and hot. The waffles are great. The yogurt. Everything was well and clean. It's a nice breakfast for the price you pay to stay there

Staff was very patient and kind with us as we did my sons 11th hotel/pool party. We even got an hour extended for checkout! The breakfast was also delicious and fresh! The pool area was awesome and even had an outside patio with sand off to the side. We loved it here, Thank you again for having us!!
