Property is very old with smell, Air condition is very noisy and hard to sleep when it start to cool. TV cable stopped working no spare part. They offered to change the room instead of bringing another TV cable box and router but we didn’t accept since was our last night and we checked out next tomorrow morning.Staff are very helpful and responsive but don't expect very clean and luxury room.

The room was old. Needed serious updating and smelled terrible. Nothing the way the picture looks on Expedia when booking. The walls were stained and smelled like mold. Cracks and holes on the baseboard.. The security guard Shanon was very nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. Also Hector and Dwayne.

The room was old and outdated. Shower wasnt installed correctly so it puddled up and then leaked inside the rest of the room. Thenlight outside the door attracted hundreds of insects so we finally unscrewed it since we had bugs all in the room. Then there were hundreds of dead bugs on the ceiling. The site is misleading because it looks like a nice room but that is for the nicer rooms at the main site. But I will say the staff is really nice and attentive.

This place is mainly for families and not couples/singles. We were here during the week and could not really use the amenities near the main building because of the amount of kids. The 2nd pool was nice because no one had discovered it was there. Walls are really thin, you can hear everything including full on conversations from the next room. Thankfully the rooms around us were mainly empty. Cottages need some updating. Walls and ceilings are peeling paint. Bathroom doesnt have anywhere to sit anything. Shower leaks onto the floor and is very small. I would only stay here again if it were off season and not so great weather as i think if this place was fully packed it would be intolerable.

Property was nice. Having 2 pools and hot tub was nice. Some rooms were a little bit of a walk to the main pool/hot tub, but it wasnt too far.
