"I wasn’t too please with this property - I was in from out of town for my son’s sports event and the area seemed nice all but this location. They double charged me, for my room - which I should get refunded due to the poor service this place had. There was no extra toilet paper stocked in the room. The towels smelled so bad, I didn’t want to use them. The tv in our room wasn’t set up we had to call them to come fix it. We used the back entrance the whole time staying here which we passed by a large garbage bin each day just to get to our car. There were two broken down vehicles on the property and glass on the ground indicating that either someone’s car got broken into or something happen. None the less it doesn’t excuse the poorly hospitality this place offers. I will never stay at this place again. My kids even felt unsafe. "

"The staff is friendly, they have Dr Pepper in their soda machine and breakfast had a great variety to choose from. This hotel is in a great area, less than 3 minutes to shopping and it offers several different roads to help avoid traffic, if needed. It’s a hidden gem."

"The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. We were playing next door at the sports center and the ability to walk back and forth in less than 5 min was the best. The breakfast was so good and had plenty of healthy options for my athlete to fuel up. Added bonus, it’s only a 4 min drive to the outlet mall!! If ever we have to come back to Round Rock, we will definitely be staying here again! "
