"Lobby was nice. Room was nice. Room service was good. The downside is you are almost forced to plan your entire day around waiting for the valet. Upon check in we were advised to give them 10 minutes to get our car when needed. It regularly took AN HOUR to receive our vehicle. They had a group of attendants standing around at the valet desk but only had 1 person retrieving vehicles from the parking garage. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, not an hour! "

Not to mention the lady that checked us out. And the valet that brought us the car. Everyone was very present, courteous and effective in giving us a great experience. "
