"The Loews is always a wonderful place to stay! From the high quality decor to luxury amenities, it's always at the top of our choices to stay in Philadelphia. Check in took especially long as there were only 2 attendants at the reservations desk and a very long line of guests. People were trying to be patient but it seemed like management didn't care how they were taxing their staff at the most important part of their guest's stay, the beginning. The staff was very professional and did their best tap dance to keep people happy. Other than that, everything was great. A beautiful place, as always! "

"It was my first time in Philadelphia and I honestly made the right choice. The hotel is walking distance from the city, from cute little shops, right next to Penn’s landing which made me feel like I had a lot more to do. The lobby was spacious, with live music, complimentary water, a bar, restaurant. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, nice view of the city. I will definitely be returning to this Hilton. "
