Room was in good condition, clean and presentable. Towels were lacking, only one large towel for each adult (2). An additional towel should be supplied. The bed was large but uncomfortable, kind of a clam shell - fall into the middle. Staff was great, restaurant was closed. So that was terrible when it was 20 degrees outside and we had to walk to dinner.

Overall the property is clean and well maintained. There is an inaccuracy in the amenities listed as there isn't a pool on site. Wait staff seemed overwhelmed, with one pulling double duty at the Starbucks counter. But they were still friendly and accommodating.

I had a nice clean suite. The restaurant/bar only served breakfast and dinner, and closed at 9:00 which I thought was early, especially with a bar. Staff was nice and the hotel is in a good location near other things.

I normally stay at Hilton hotels, but this Sheraton was top notch! The hotel is conveniently located off I95, the parking is decent compared to the hotels in the area, and the hotel is spotless. The restaurant was opened during my stay but I ordered Uber Eats. The room is a very large size, everything was spacious. The bathroom was perfect, a midge on the smaller side but hooks everywhere, and the bed was soooo comfortable!!! Stay here, you won’t regret it.
