Beautiful renovated mansion on the outskirts of town. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is our room, #10, was above the mechanical system which shook the room and rattled the lamp on the nightstand next to the bed.

We only stopped by for a single night and got in late. The staff were amazing with late check in, the room was clean and obviously well taken care of. In the morning we were met with an unreal view. We are already planning on coming back here for multiple nights to enjoy the beauty.

We selected the Green Mountain Inn for its central location in VT. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped us with several suggestions and ideas. This is a historic Inn so rooms have very little space. The staff showed us several very comfortable “living room” areas that were great. Breakfast was excellent as was the coffee.

Great classical inn. Room 11 was well appointed. But, I couldn't get a full night's sleep because of super thin wall in room 11. I heard every word of my neighbors normal conversation past midnight. I was told that particular room has this problem but they rent it out anyway. At off season rate of $240 I should be able to sleep. Also, nice Continental breakfast,fresh fruits, bagels, cereal, coffee cake, muffins,Greek yogurt, etc but if you are looking for a hot breakfast, like scrambled eggs, some meat, home fries, etc then go into Wilmington.

It was a beautiful inn. Even in early spring when it's mud season in Vermont. The restaurant was amazing. Really good wine and Italian dishes. The staff was really friendly. The rooms were very comfortable with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We will certainly go back.

Beautiful and quaint. Restaurant had great food. The basement was very cool. Fireplace, pool table, and pictures of prohibition . Bring your drink down and relax. Definitely book a night or 2 you won’t be disappointed.
