"We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. We enjoy our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and have everything restocked. The only issue we have with this hotel is the pool, both times my daughter gone in the pool she has gotten a rash and this past time my son got a rash as well. So unfortunately, next time we go to stay in Fredericton, we will be going to a different hotel just for the simple fact of the pool not being properly maintained. :/"

"When we got to the room we found beer cans, belongings from another person, we left them in the room when we checked out a day early due to not wanting to stay any longer. Staff was not very helpful or professional. I called front desk to ask where the towels were for the pool i was told that i had to go to front desk to get a towel due to covid, the hot tub was cold and i no matter what i did i couldnt get it warm, the whole pool area looks very unclean i left the pool area after being in there less then 20 min, the restaurant was gross tables were dirty, as im dried on food, the floors looked as they have never seen broom or a mop, the bar area was dusty and gross looking. And the bar tender spent more time on her phone then anything else. The breakfast its self was great and it closes at 10:30am which is fine but the guy taking care of the area tried to shut it down early he came up to my child and i as we were eating at about 9:50 asked if we were done or if we wanted more food then he started packing everything up even when other guest were coming to eat as it wasnt 10:30 yet. My over all experience was horrible and ill never stay there again."

"Nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly. Lots of seating for breakfast. Breakfast itself was pretty decent but we stayed 2 nights and it was the same thing both mornings. I enjoy a little variety. Other than that, it was great!"

"The staff are very accommodating and our room with its hot tub was spacious,clean and very quiet and comfortable. This will be our “go to “accommodation when in the area. Also a great breakfast !!"

"Room was clean and breakfast on the 2nd day was ok. Could not get in to get breakfast on the first day as there were a few high school teams staying there. Very noisy and noone would do anything about it. We were not told there were tournaments and a bunch of teams staying there. They would not ask them to keep to thier rooms. hinges on the doors need to be greased. Cleaning staff kept slamming doors when going in and out of rooms. Suffice it to say, for what i paid for 2 nights, i would have rathered slept in my car. Would not recommend this place at all unless you're a teenager wanting to get away with disrepecting the whole hotel. "
