Tv didn't work and the bathroom and beds weren't properly cleaned but the staff where lovely.

The room was dated and patched up. There was no bath mat and no shower gel in the dispenser. The WiFi was only in the communal areas and there was no phone signal in the room. I was given no information about this or the facilities when I checked in it was only that I overheard other guests.
