The staff was so welcoming! It was so nice to have a friendly greeting after driving so far! The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The location was good for going out for dinner in an unfamiliar area and being able to get in and out of the parking lot easily. I felt very safe.

GREAT STAY - LOVED EVERYTHING

I had a nice stay i was here on business and loved the L shape desk for me to work on my reports, the kitchen was clean everything worked, clean bathroom looked new, and the bed was very comfy.

Room was in good condition and the staff was courteous. We specifically selected a room with a pullout sofa to accommodate all our guests. When we opened the pull out, the mattress was unusable (nothing but springs left, no padding) and had crumbs and fruit snacks on it. There was also no bedding or pillows for the pullout. Our very tall guest ended up having to sleep curled up on the sofa.

2 ladies at the front desk were great while the over-night man was ok at best. No restaurants within sight but looked online and found a great mexican restaurant within a couple of miles. We could park very close to the door and felt safe since there was little around close. Room was fine and sleep was good and quiet.

Great Place!

Booked this hotel last minute as we traveled into Virginia on a quick two day trip. The desk clerk Zulius was fantastic, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very updated, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centerly located to restaurants and the shopping mall. The room was clean and has a huge amount of space for the nightly rate. The check-in process was easy and smooth due to the friendly and cordial staff on duty.
