Were booked into a handicap accessible room without request for same. The shower stall was step in. The shower rod was curved outside the shower stall and the shower curtain was so short that it didn't fall inside the stall. Therefore the water ran down the curtain into the bathroom, outside the stall. When stepping outside the shower, one stepped onto a tile floor swamped with water. Definitely a slipping hazard, especially for someone who had mobility issues. The bed coverlets needed cleaning as they had stains on them.

This motel is a red hot mess. Trash piled up everywhere outside of rooms, in heaps! The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, had dirty floors, two cockroaches crawling around, and when we checked the mates we saw rust marks, indicative of bed bugs though we didn’t see any bed bugs. They gave us a different room, which was relatively ok considering the first one’s issues, but the walls are so thin we could hear our neighbor snore almost as loud as if he was in the same room with us. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and yogurt. We did not partake. This hotel needs to be condemned. The staff was nice though.

The room was infested with roaches! There were no conjoined rooms, as stated! Our rooms were TEN rooms apart! The only garbage can was in the bathroom. There was no chair to sit on. The inside of the tub was dirty; the outside had hair all over it. The sink was dirty. The one towel I took off the rack was visibly dirty with "something"...There were only 2 washcloths for my 3 children and I. And there was no crib!!! And the manager or front desk person knew we needed a cib because we told him. Yet, he never said anything until AFTER I paid! We couldnt go anywhere else because we had already been driving for over 16 hours straight! It was absolutely miserable!

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews of this hotel. However, we met with a friendly person at the front desk who checked us in. Coffee was always available. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were absolutely no bugs. This hotel was very close to Shenandoah University where my son is a student. I would absolutely stay again.

Good Place to Stay overnight.

Good place to stay for an overnight drive through. The room is very clean, bed was excellent. The front desk personnel was 50/50. Check in, the clerk was friendly. Check out - the cleaning staff was waiting in front of our door - it wasn’t even time to checkout yet…..it was different. Overall….just fine.

Shockingly derelict and dirty hotel. Rooms dirty and poorly maintained. Almost all fixtures and appliance broken or missing. Had to ask for a hair dryer, to eventually be handed one ripped from the wall. It didn't work anyway. Staff apathetic, too busy streaming sports on their phone to pay attention to customers. Police called to hotel twice over night for different disturbances. This motel was someplace spend a few hours overnight while traveling. Nothing more.

The room was great but the roaches are still a problem. I woke up to use the restroom and they were everywhere, and I couldn’t use the coffee maker because it was covered in roach “dirt”. Other than that, the staff were wonderful and I enjoyed my stay.

Room Had A Bed and Running Water

Was given a room that the desk had been ripped off the wall. There was no place for the lamp, so there were only the lights by the bed. The fridge, microwave and TV were not working. There were plenty of other rooms available. Still waiting for my refund!
