Lovely property, breakfast good, lots of choice. Walls a bit thin, could hear person next door snoring. Windows were heavy and propped open with wood, husband had to lift up to remove the wood. Room was clean. To turn the taps on, they were the wrong way round Shower pipe was leaking but still had good pressure. Would stay again

Great location with free parking. Very friendly & helpful staff. The room we stayed in was on the top floor, which meant it was an unusual design, felt cramped. The en-suite had a very small shower and the extractor fan sounded like a tractor! Just feel like it needs a bit of maintenance/modernisation/love.

Great Location not far from the Lake in Windermere not far from the town 5 minute walk. Scenery around woodlands is lovely and staff fantastic. Will definitely go again. Breakfast was lovely well cooked
