Everything was wonderful and described online. It is quiet and walkable for shopping, food and the tube. Abdullah checked us in and quickly became our friend he greeted us everyday and always asked how our day was and if we needed anything just to ask. I will definitely stay here again. I should mention that while in London I got sick and needed to see a doctor and pharmacy, Abdulla helped us find an Urgent care and pharmacy. 24 hours later I was back on my feet and feeling better. Thank you Duke of Leinster!

Complimentary breakfast is excellent ; lots of choices . Filled us up the rest of the day Not much shopping places to go except for food Staff is excellent. Special mention to Heshnai ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) in the front registration desk . She went above and beyond to help us . Also did it with a smile

Upon our arrival the doorman greeted my wife and I by name. That was confirmation that we are valued as guests.

The hotel is named after the early 20th century actress Ellen Terry, whose house it was. Clean and comfortable.

The staff was wonderful-very warm and helpful.
