"The building is structurally unsound. The entire structure is leaning, shower pan separating from the shower walls, doors stuck from the failing foundation and stairs at the brink of collpase. Black mold is clearly visible in the bathroom. The entire floor bounces from a failing sub floor. The outdoor walk way is covered with dead mayflies. "Pulling up to the property you'll notice weeds as tall as the first floor windows. After checking in, the stairs (no elevator) they were filthy and stained. At the room, it gets better. The room appeared to be clean and cool. The beds should be updated, but OK for a couple of days. TV was fine and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure was very good for a shower, but the caulking looked like a child did it. This hotel would be OK for a night while passing through town for $75-$90. For the...
