This hotel was exceptional. They were kind enough to leave flowers in my room because I was in town to attend a funeral and the lovely gentleman in the lounge that comforted me as I was a little teary while having my dinner was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel is old, the rooms very clean. Staff was excellent. Bed very comfortable and loved the amenities. Bath rob soaps, shampoo etc. all top end. Big towels.

The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Important to know that there is an escalator that takes you underneath the hotel and allows you to access most of the buildings in the downtown area from underneath the street.
