"Booked online and when I got there they told me they had over booked and instead of calling me prior to let me know they had no rooms they let me come after a 16 hour night shift , and told me I was basically out of luck and to kick rocks , this is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life , burn this place to the ground"

"As a person in a wheelchair, it was hard to reach the sink faucet and soap dispenser. There was enough clearance under the sink to wheel under it but then I couldn't reach the faucet and the soap dispenser was too high on the wall. Luckily my wheelchair elevates. All in all the sink configuration just wasn't right."

"We really enjoyed our time at Sure Stay. The room was nice and it was easy to take our old dog outside. There is plenty of green space for the dog. The pool was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! We will stay there again next time."
