"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. Melanie is a wonderful, welcoming host, who provided a very helpful welcome book, chock full of great recommendations for restaurants and tips for the local areas. Her recommendations were spot on. "Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy "

"Lovely, modern boutique hotel centrally located. Opted to include breakfast and it did not disappoint. Also some nice touches in the room such as complementary still and flavoured waters in the fridge and a large chocolate bar. Only drawback was the lack of parking. Nearest car park was 15 minutes away and about £40 for 24 hours of parking. The staff were helpful as they have to bring a trolley to the nearest area available to stop the car for loading our luggage. Also, I realized later we were supposed to enjoy the benefits of a VIP upgrade but we never received anything (and I booked two rooms) but I happen to overhear the couple in front of me who were given a free upgrade to a suite - so not sure what happened. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again. "

"I accidently went to the Minster Mill hotel but, as they are opposite each other and are sister hotels, the receptionist found my booking and directed me. Be aware the road to the hotel is very narrow - but it is a one-way street and takes you back onto the road you left (like a crescent) when you leave."
