โNot a particularly well equipped room. Booked a triple family room, a grand total of 4 pillows between 3 beds. 1 Coffee cup between the three of us. Air con motor was quite loud. The train line is very noisy, there is little / no insulation to this. If I stay again, I will ask for a room the other side as it woke us all up in the nightโ
โNice food but the staff seemed rather unprepared. They put all my food on another room and when I pointed out it was missing they didnโt even say thank you. They had already told me there was nothing to pay and good bye.. โ
โNice & Clean guest house located in good location near high street. Staffs are nice and helpful. Big parking lot. Coffee machine is provided just1.5 pound for 1 cup hot drink. โ
โVery friendly, helpful staff. The room was really clean and the beds were comfy. We ate in the restaurant and again the staff were very friendly. Good choice and great service. โ
"The room was large and the interior was pleasant. It was close to Heathrow Airport. However, the unfortunate thing was that the smell of e-cigarettes didn't go out because of the lack of indoor ventilation, and there was a moth in the room.I'm really flabbergasted. There were three of them"
