This was the destination we as a family needed. Not much to do except drive up the quiet beach,fish,swim and relax. You need to take food as the food works didn't have a great deal and was on the pricey side,it's good for small extra supplies. Theres a battle shop at the pub. I didn't want to do this review as this place is pretty special if you want to relax.

We stayed here for 12 nights and it was fantastic. Whilst the houses are 13 years old, they don’t feel it. The location, only 40m to the beach, was incredibly convenient and the access to both Theodolite Cr and Burrum River were brilliant as we waterskied and fished. In between visits to beach, river and occasionally Bundy, Hervey or Childers, the kids spent time in one of the two pools on site. Lani and the team on site were amazing to deal with and really seemed to enjoy their job with no request to hard. A quiet and chilled little town, it’s well supported by a bowls club, pub, convenience store, small grocery shop and fuel, (located at the Caravan Park). We stayed 28 Dec to 8 Jan 2021 and will definitely return.

This is a great property with a resort feel. The units are clean and new, with everything we needed. The beach is just across the road and a general store and takeaway within a short walk. I will certainly go back to this location.

I loved how close it was to the beach, but however had no washing machine and have to walk up to laundro mat every time you need to wash your things

Fabulous studio apartment in walking distance to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation very well appointed. It would be great to have internet access as well. Overall a fabulous place to stay!

We only booked this as advertised as having WIFI. Property was spacious and lovely but absolutely NO WIFI at all which we needed as we were relocating. Even our phones couldn't get any signal here. We had to leave early next day. Getting a refund was very difficult and took a lot of time they didn't want to do this either. Leaving us out of pocket for sometime as had to pay for an alternative instead.

Relax on the beach

Great getaway for a relaxing beach and fishing break with just enough cafes and restaurants and walking distance to local shops with full amenities. If staying for more than one night bring extras like salt and pepper, washing powder, beach towels etc.. These houses are not directly on the beach but it's an easy 100 meter walk and there are 2 very nice pools and bbq areas. The beach is stunning.

Fantastic stay in a great location. Very helpful host. Accomodation was excellent for our puppy- no carpets and very clean. The washing machine and dryer were a real bonus.. plus - dishwasher. Great value, beautiful beach.

Beautiful spot

Had a great stay. Loved walking along beach early morning and late afternoon..enjoyed a swim in the middle of the day. A beautiful peaceful place to stop.
