"Called prior to check in regarding the swimming pool hours. They implied the staff was just a little late getting the pool opened that morning. I asked, Is it going to be closed for the next 2 days? The answer was “no”. The receptionist was lying. It was closed “for cleaning” for the entire two day stay. When I asked to extend the stay for another night, housekeeping kept disturbing me trying to get into the room. In between slamming the door of the room next door so many times it was mind blowing. I called reception asking them to tell housekeeping I was staying on so they would stop disturbing me. Their response: I did. Same woman who lied about the pool. No help at all. I returned to room after a tiring day. The key didn’t work. When I went to reception, they said, “We locked you out because you need to pay the deposit for the extra night”. Thanks so much for communicating. "

"I was disappointed with my stay. The room was just okay and definitely not worth the price. The bathroom was not clean, the shower floor was disgusting, and the wall near the toilet was stained, which was very off-putting. This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was not good, but I decided to give it another chance because I hoped the second stay would be better. Unfortunately, it was not. We even booked an executive suite thinking it would be an upgrade over a regular suite, but the only noticeable difference was a very small bathtub. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This was my last time giving this hotel a chance."

"I had to keep loading the internet because it kept going out. Breakfast was ok. It just ended too early and the dining room was cold. They don't allow you to take your food up to your room. So I had to eat in a cold dining room with a lady and her dog! I'm guessing it was an emotional support dog or something because they didn't say anything about her bringing it in the dining room with her. I was told that there are no animals on the 3rd floor when I asked for a room on the 4th floor. Somehow, I heard barking throughout the day and evening coming from the lady's dog with whom I had breakfast who were also on the 3rd floor!"
