Did not eat there. No trash can in bathroom. No ice in vending machine. Virtual assistant on phone useless. One elevator broke. Everything else okay. Stay there to save money instead of newer hotel. Very dated but AC works. Beds were good. Room large.

OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark
We stayed at the April 17-19 2026, at the Okana Resort on the 8 th floor which was perfect for us it was quiet and the balcony view facing the pool area was just breath taking!!! The staff was there was not supportive at all it spelt nothing but weed in the hallway and we kept complaining and the management did not even try to move us rooms. He kept saying I was sorry and it’s a non-smoking area and they could not get it together our room was leaking and it had mold in it. ...
