Run down. It was probably once a nice place, it’s dirty the carpets were worn out. The room we had, had no hot water. It wasn’t pleasant at all, so we ended up staying at a local friends house instead!

Lovely stay, it was my second time there. However, I was in a room that was right above the fans/generators or something so it was really noisy even at nearly 11pm and came back to life at 5am. Village Hotel Swindon
Had to change from an unsuitable hotel at 23:50; staff answered & told us we’d be welcomed. Saved our sleep issue. Thank you so much! Dates bathroom but comfortable bed & good sized room. Good value!

The Coach House and The Stable
The road outside is a little noisy but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen facilities are excellent and room has WiFi and Sky TV (although the TV can't be easily seen from the bed). Shower was good - certainly hot enough, and toiletries provided were a nice touch.
