"I was attacked by a pack of 7 stray dogs in the parking lot of this property. One of them bit me in the ankle. Angel Moreno at the front desk arranged a cab for me to visit a doctor at the urgent care center when I told him what had happened. He was truly an angel, given I was in a new town and did not know anyone there. I will now have to get 4 rabies shots, which I will take as soon as I return to the US. Edwardo Moctezuma, the night manager, was useless. He made no attempt to help in any way. The management is aware of the dog problem but claim that the authorities have not done anything to remove them. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!"

"We checked in at the posted check in time but had to wait 50 minutes for our room to be ready. Staff said that our room was the only one of its class and that's why we had to wait, but we saw several other parties who also had to wait. During all this, staff socialized with each other rather than focusing on work. Two days later when we checked out, we had to wait a very long time for an elevator as 3 of the cleaning staff were seemingly stopping at every floor, chatting with each other, and then allowing the elevator to move. We also found the included breakfast completely depressing. The eggs had a green-blue tint, the beans were far too orange in color, the fruit did not seem fresh, and the coffee was truly horrible. We did not even try the included breakfast our second morning. "

"Habitaciones limpias, personal de la mañana muy amable, el de la tarde educado a secas, alberca limpia y tiene dos, no tuve la oportunidad de nadar, no sé si es agua fría o calliente, tienen un gimnacio que tienes que solicitar te lo abran para poder entrenar, no tiene mancuernas y los aparatos están muy deteriorados, tiene estacionamiento amplio, llevo días solicitando mi factura sin es que esta me llegue, así como la factura del restaurante, el restaurante pertenece al hotel, la comida buena a secas, precios promedio"
