"This hotel is near the airport…not really @ the airport. I dont even know where to start. Oh yeah, clean the freakin carpets in the common areas. It looked so gross. The bed was literally a mattress pad atop the box spring. When I called for xtra pillows I was told I had to come get it. When I complained I got some BS about there were only 2 ppl on right now so I would have to wait. Yeah, Ibis got me this 1 time. Never again. "

"What a disaster of a hotel. First of all it’s a 25 minute uber from the airport so don’t know how they get away with calling it an airport hotel. Arrived at 9pm and the bar closed 3 hours early as the KLM flight was delayed. How is that my problem as a paying guest. Team unhelpful and un apologetic. Don’t recommend and certainly won’t be returning. "

"Old stink smell in the room"

"It was good, but one issue. The towel I used had two or three holes, this is the first time this happens to me. This should not happen, unfortunately this made my stay little bit uncomfortable. But the staff eere very kind and friendly! I had a cortesy dinner but is something should not happen again. Thanks and im sure you will take the necessary measures. Hugs"

"Pretty much exactly as advertised. It was very nice to have a bed and a shower for an overnight connection. In a quiet part of the hotel. The noisiest part of the stay, was the vacuum system for the shower drain, which had some residual creaking and howling long after the water should have been drained."
