Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. “They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. ”

“all of facility is excellent.Room was big, bathroom also was very clean. But when you get into the residence, you need to check your email(password for enterance and key). I had a trouble to get into the residence. There was no one in the building so if you got any problem, you should use your phone to speak with someone( i paid international pay for calls).Except this issue, all the facility was really nice and new.”
