Hex Wildlife Hotel
All Staff excellent, unexpected upgrade was a bonus, hotel itself very modern and all amenities catered for. However house keeping need to pay more attention to detail! hairs on bedding, room floors dirty/grimey, balcony glass needs algae removing and cigarette butts left on balcony (we don't smoke) ...

Apartment 5
We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.

Providence Apartment
The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others.
