This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

Every time when we asked for help, the first response was “no or can’t do, because balabala….” They offered us whole fruits but couldn’t provide a knife for peeling or cutting.
