"Pros: Staff were super sweet and friendly. Loved how pet-friendly they are- our puppy loves the tennis balls and treats she received! No carpet in our room and a nice balcony! The room was updated, clean and comfortable. They also have a dog park and an automatic cappuccino machine in the lobby. Very nice BBQ grill area in the courtyard. Also quiet in the rooms- we didn’t hear the interstate. Downsides: pool was closed (empty), sauna closed as well. Not sure what was going on there and a little disappointing as we got away to Flagstaff for the pool and cooler temps. The courtyard is comfortable but needs to be weeded and some areas fixed (walls, rocks added). Overall we loved our stay and will be back!!"
