"My second time staying here. Pleasant stay again. Bed was more comfortable on the first trip. Wish I would have got that same room! Lol"

"We were pleasantly surprised about this hotel. From the outside, it is unassuming, but inside smelled really nice, the staff was very nice, our room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and even breakfast was sufficient. Now, if you want a somewhat fancy breakfast, this isn't for you because it is a very simple continental breakfast, but it met our needs. Overall, we will keep this hotel in mind should we need a place to stay in Cheyenne."

"Old building, old carpet etc. Not the worst I've been to, but not great. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable."

"We only stopped over along our trip for a few hours. Check in was extraordinarily fast, which was helpful at the late hour. Breakfast was fast and filling with good options for a stopover. Saved time not needing to get anyone coffee or other food in the morning."

"Well it doesn’t even go by this name anymore-no pool, no hot tub…hotels.com won’t re-emburse, no phone in room, no ice bucket til they switch ya rooms but still no phone! third floor marked as out of order, they put you on the second floor to listen to the pounding of them working on the 3rd floor-nightmare!!"
