"Hotel is around 10min walk to the Bell Tower line 2 station. The station is huge. It is also walking distance to the city wall where there are performances held every night (ticket required) Hotel is very clean and modern. Quite spacious too and enough to fit 4 of us (2A2primary school aged kids) comfortably together with our 2 large size luggages. We stayed in a family room. There are gym and laundry in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was great serve mainly local Chinese cuisine with a small selection on continental breakfast. There’s coffee, lots of juices, soft drinks and even red wine during breakfast. Airport transfer is available at a very reasonable price. "

"Great location. A few minutes walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Got a free rom upgrade. Staff are helpful. Hotel has a laundry room with no charge. Overall a great stay. "

"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good. They had a non-pork section which was adequate. The fried rice and noodles were very tasty. They have afternoon tea which was decent - a good filler to dinner/supper. On Google map or Amap, the hotel's location is also called Dongshes Hotel for some odd reason. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, from the staff to the breakfast and the location. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is centrally located. It has all the amenities and class that you would expect from a Sheraton property. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient. Breakfast is excellent! And you can’t beat the location! "
