The airport shuttle is only available in limited hours reducing it's helpfullness. The check in and out is automated to speed the process. The rooms are typical of Japanese hotels limited space, great comfort. "雖然比較偏離鬧區，但晚上沒有光害讓我們看了滿天星斗，三月的蚊蟲不多，房內也算乾淨，因為住了四晚，我建議可以提供吸塵器讓住客可以簡單清潔使用。"

"Very dirty, poor communication, super hard beds, pillow very poor. No cleaning service or cleaning staff provided. We were stuck with the garbage bags for 10 days , we put those outside but no one picked them up. I sent two emails requesting information on how to deal with the garbage and no one answered. The kettle was rusted inside. We paid a lot money,for 10 days and wasn’t worth it."
