"値段相応。事前に入室暗証番号が送られて来ず、電話で問い合わせが必要だった。口コミにあったチェックインは事前に行なっていたためか不要だった。室内は広く、綺麗だったが防音はイマイチ。値段相応だが夜中も上の階の足音が響き渡っていた。電気のスイッチ位置が微妙で全て入り口付近にあった。付近の有料駐車場はゴールデンウィーク中のためか割高で2,000円近くした。周りがうるさい客ではなかったのでまだ大丈夫だったが、それ次第では酷い状況になり得ると思う。"

"Nice new hotel 3* , three years old, modern design , very clean and Japanese minimalist. Onsen on building Breakfast was ok but nothing special Room was new well kept, with kimono in room. Lot of izakaya nearby Price was excellent considering its 50km from Hagi ceramic city. "

"We got a big help from Mr Io Choka when we checked in, he is super friendly and helpful since we have quite many luggages and he helped us to deliver our luggages to our room; able to help us to look for nearby restaurants. Our room is big and clean."

"Shin-Yamaguchi is a great place away from the crowds. This hotel is across the street from the station, with several restaurants. We enjoyed several meals at Nick's Steak. I highly recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel was typical Japanese food. Selection was good, and included in the room price. We definitely would stay here again."
