"Despite some recent reviews, we found this hotel surprisingly good. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable if dated and in need refurbishment.
The location is good but arriving by car can be a problem as there is no car parking spots in front of the hotel, only a small coned off area that you may be lucky enough to get into for the valet car parking.
The breakfast was very disappointing. "

"The staff were friendly. The location was excellent for access to the Troy site and museum. The accommodation is basic, clean and tidy. They needed more blankets. The dinner menu was basic simple but good quality.
We visited in the off season. This is a simple hotel offering a good service. Recommended."

The restaurant was amazing! Spa staff were fantastic. Hotel staff did their best to accommodate us, but were unable to understand our disappointment with the beds."
