"I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I spent three comfortable and pleasant nights here. Its exterior features a distinctive ethnic architectural style, while the interior facilities are brand-new. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they are highly functional. The breakfast isn't lavish, but it offers excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport—one of the primary reasons I chose it in the first place. The surrounding area is a cluster of hotels and offers basic amenities, such as a 24-hour convenience store. The hotel takes its commitment to guest service very seriously; there are even QR codes in the rooms allowing guests to report any issues they encounter directly via WhatsApp. I would like to give a special commendation to Khulkarbek: this young staff member speaks good English, is incredibly helpful, and assists foreign guests in resolving tricky issues. Furthermore, he is honest and exceptionally kind, making me—an elderly traveler—feel as though I had returned home. This hotel is the first stop of my Central Asia trip and is truly my lucky stop."

"Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but unfortunately it feels like this business is being run without a woman’s perspective or attention to detail. For example, there was no hair conditioner in the room — something I’ve honestly never experienced before in a hotel. When I mentioned it at reception, the staff member didn’t even seem to understand what I meant. We had requested not to have the room cleaned, but later I asked for fresh towels instead. I ended up waiting about an hour and a half and had to call reception three times before they arrived. Another important issue is the shower floor — it becomes extremely slippery when wet. The tile choice for a shower area was clearly not the best. I can only imagine how difficult and unsafe this could be for elderly guests. Other than these issues, everything else was excellent: the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable."

"Mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. There is also steady foot traffic from bar guests moving through the corridors, often loudly. If you book one of the lower-floor budget or economy rooms, you should expect to hear voices and footsteps from the hallway throughout the night. I had a hard time sleeping. A smaller issue: the bedside lamps in my original room were not working. Overall, three out of five. If you are here to enjoy the bar scene, the setup probably works well for you. If you are an international traveler hoping for a calm, restful stay, this is not the right fit, or at minimum request a room on a higher floor and far from the bar."

"I arrived in the middle of the night and the reception is open 24/7 - contrary to what is written on hotels.com Room was good, AC working well, hot shower, clean, good WiFi. No noise. Breakfast is very nice though I don't know if they serve anything hot (eggs etc, I didn't ask or check) The highlight is the courtyard. I had to work in the morning and that was such a nice place to work from (and have breakfast too). Staff does not speak much English but it was enough to make it work! "
