It was excellent. From the start they were waiting to pick me up at the airport and take me to the hotel. Breakfast was outrageous with so many choices. I'll go next time go.

Clean and comfortable but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is small and out of the main area but it is charming and welcoming. The staff were lovely and helpful and the room was clean and that's all I needed for a 2 night business trip. If I have to point anything out, it's that the gym is SMALL. It is literally a converted hotel bedroom with about 4 pieces of equipment and a mirror. The treadmill doesn't change speed so in the end I gave up but other than that the hotel is fine. I wouldn't recommend for a longer trip but for a few days it's fine. I wouldn't return purely because it does have a lack of facilities in comparison to major hotel chains and it is out of the city centre but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Excellent comfortable hotel in a nice quite neighbourhood around a 15 min walk from the lake and new shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was good, a nice variety of things, although the omelette chef needs a bit of training :) but nevertheless a comfortable and easy to reach hotel front the airport.
