"Great hotel in a good location close to many attractions and shopping. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was great since we came in on a red eye. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable and very quiet."

"Staff were helpful! Make sure you take time to walk around the hotel as there are many things of use, like a money exchange machine on the 9th floor — l realized this a bit too late. Room was clean enough!"

"Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent ladies that cleans the rooms… staff friendly but do not inform guess of amenities, later last night I found out about roof top bar… they polite but it does not hurt to tell guess if need any information about places to visit they can assist.. like other hotels in Seoul the front desk offer to provide info.. Ear plugs very soft and I can still hear the loud music for no only the street behind .. but with the club in the same building … location is great the train is there and taxis know they way there as well. Thanks"

"Very central to everything Myegondong had to offer. The room was spacious and very quite. The coffee spot was good but could have been stocked with more coffee and sugar (l coffee and 1 sugar per person) and no milk. The hotel did not have a bar or a restaurant only a breakfast room and you could get a sandwich,cake and coffee in the afternoon. Dropping off was ok as long as it was prior to 10am but pick up was quite a way, particularly when you have mobility issues and staff only help with the luggage to the foyer."
