"Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again."

"A very convenient place, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast restaurant staff, making for a wonderful day. The only downside was that the interior furnishings were a bit dated, and the carpet stains made it look dirty! However, the makeup remover pads in the bathroom were the best I've used in all the countries I've traveled to! Overall, it's a very good hotel with a great location; it's convenient for attending events or walking around the neighborhood."

"The breakfast was unique it was typical for Asian patrons although they had enough choices for us and we did enjoy some of the Asian dishes. The location was good for late arrivals for dinner as there were several good restaurants nearby which we enjoyed and should have stuck to as we had difficulty finding a place off the area. The staff was pleasant and our room was ready soon after we arrived from our cruise."
