The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent. The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that. If this is within your budget, this is a wonderful property. "

"Lovely staff who provided exceptional service at the counter and also with room maintenance. They helped us organise an uber taxi to Gimpo airport when it was pouring and we didn’t have any luck with our own uber app. Hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance (max 30min) to Gyeongbokgung, NTV Tower Seoul, Seoul City Hall and many other spots. Amenities were great and our room was very spacious. "
