"This hotel is lovely, situated next to a park and across from the Jing'an Temple. The subway is on the same block as the hotel, which makes travel around Shanghai easy. I particularly liked that there were no carpets in the rooms. "

Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake."

"Place is big, clean, modern, convienent location next to subway; cannot go wrong staying here. Washer and dryer is every unit as well. "

"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"Excellent hotel. Reception staff very helpful and good languages. Very good location opposite peoples park and on Nanjing road. The peoples park metro is opposite the hotel so easy transfer from PVG airport (Line 2 or Maglev and Line 2). Taxi's also easy from / to hotel. The hotel has a large indoor pool and and an outside decking area for Europeans wishing to sunbath. Mornings are best.
