"Breakfast was good, room clean and warm but did need some repairs had a evening meal but wasn't brilliant. "

"The room is on the small side of average and very spartan. There’s no kettle so had to traipse down the corridor to the kitchen like a student. Car park was full on arrival. There was an unexpected charge to park. Really wasn’t obvious from the website I booked. And a bit weird because it’s out of town and driving is the only plausible way to get there. It was approaching 20% of the cost of the room. It’s all very new and shiny which is nice and the beds very comfy. "

"Lovely, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location. Near enough to walk into Cranbrook, which suited us very well. We didnt have the breakfasts, as we needed to be out quite early"
