"Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. "Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."
