Disliked: Staff & service
I reserved and paid for a room, but I received a call about 30 minutes later saying he didn't have any rooms left for me. It was a holiday and all the neighboring hotels were booked to the hilt. I asked him to call Orbitz. He said YOU call them, not me. I booked another hotel 20km away quickly and called Orbitz. They still have not refunded the money. The second hotel did the same thing, sold my room even though it had been paid. I've paid for two rooms, but got nothing!
